WOB Beauty · Client reactivation · August 2026
Every contactable client gets the same two-step text sequence. What changes per person is one sentence — their personal offer line — written from their own visit history and priced off Bola's own published touch-up ladder. Nothing is discounted, nothing is invented.
Monday to Saturday, 10:00–19:00, in a set order — the people closest to a price step go first. Each person is logged as a live enquiry the moment they are enrolled. Nothing ever sends on its own: no one gets a text until they are deliberately enrolled.
On the client's phone · from the WOB Beauty number
"Sarah" is an example — every text uses the client's own first name. No link on purpose: a new number sending hundreds of links is exactly what UK phone carriers filter as spam. Every message is pre-checked to fit within two texts.
The automation stops. Bola gets an instant alert and a human — Bola or David — takes the conversation and books them personally. The system never negotiates a treatment.
Waits out the 24 hours and falls through to Text 2. That is the only follow-up; nobody gets chased twice.
A reply at any point → same human handover. Still silent → the sequence is over. An email version of the campaign is ready as well, held back until the sending address has built enough reputation to land in inboxes — these addresses are up to eight years old.
The four client types are defined by what survived in their record, not by who they are — the 2025 website rebuild erased a large part of the booking history. Each bubble below is Text 1 fully written out for that type.
Brows or lips done 12–36 months ago. Their touch-up price is about to step up — 43 of them cross a rung within 90 days.
Waves 2 · 3The urgency is real: Bola's own published ladder, their own date. On the last rung the tail reads "after that it is a full new set at 300".
Brows or lips done 3+ years ago. The touch-up window has honestly passed; this is the only concession in the whole campaign.
Wave 6 · by year"31 August" is the one shared deadline — one date fills all 276 messages.
Skin treatments done in the last two years. All recent — this line has near-zero lapsed history.
Waves 1 · 5Never a condition name in a text. "One area" references what was booked, never a diagnosis — old mobile numbers get reassigned, and a stranger must never read anything personal.
The visit date survived the website rebuild, the treatment didn't. The date still proves Bola has their record.
Waves 4 · 7Fallback inside this type: if even the date is shaky, it softens to "there is a free brow and skin review with me, no obligation".
The rebuild lost everything — no date, no treatment. The biggest group, sent last only because there is least to personalise.
Wave 8 · 4 batchesThe honest line is the personal line. True, explains the text, and beats pretending to remember. Every one of these 513 was a real paying client.
51 with no usable UK mobile · 24 seen within the last six weeks or already booked ahead.
Waves 9 · 10Wave 9 gets the same offers by email once the sending address has built reputation. Wave 10 is mid-treatment — each person becomes eligible on their own date and then joins the normal sequence.
Excluded entirely: 6 — our own test entries, one person with no contact details on record, and one do-not-contact request honoured on every channel.
| Wave | Who | People | Why this position |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Blemish, 6 wk – 6 mo | 81 | Warmest recent group; proves the engine on the easiest audience |
| 2 | PMU 12–24 mo (£200 → £250) | 80 | 43 people cross a price step within 90 days — real deadlines first |
| 3 | PMU 24–36 mo (£250 → £300) | 58 | The biggest jump on the ladder |
| 4 | Unknown treatment, 6–24 mo | 105 | Free-review frame, date still warm |
| 5 | Blemish, 6 mo – 2 yr | 50 | Same next-area frame, cooler |
| 6 | PMU 3 yr+ · held £250 rate | 276 | Deadline group — "held until 31 August", sent year by year |
| 7 | Everything else with a relationship | 54 | Cleanup |
| 8 | History erased | 513 | Four batches of ~110; least to personalise, not colder |
| 9 | Email-only | 51 | After the sending address has built reputation |
| 10 | Deferred (mid-treatment) | 24 | Each on their own eligible-from date |
On benchmarks from a comparable London clinic campaign — 89% delivery, 10.5% reply, a quarter of repliers booking — this list produces roughly 30–34 bookings. The real work is reply handling: about four live conversations a day for five weeks.
